Sometimes I really don’t have control. As heartbreaking as it is, I can only surrender, accept and let go.

I am just feeling nostalgic this week. Thinking about the mundane moments of my childhood and missing that feeling of a simpler time.

I watched the new Jason Isbell documentary, walked down to a bar in Brooklyn, ordered a beer and a coffee, and wrote this song.
